In 2009, the Kentucky China Trade Center made efforts to investigate China's expanding equine industry. With more than 200 private equestrian clubs scattered around China and less than 50 horses imported during the first half of 2009, there are definitely opportunities for Kentucky to participate in China's grwoth.
